Conceived in 2010 as a 150 bedded super-specialty hospital in Kothapet, Hyderabad, the genesis of OMNI Hospitals lay in the intent of its founders to provide comprehensive & cost-effective healthcare services with personalized care as a central theme. The Group - owned by the healthcare division of INCOR Group - has been steadily building a unique identity of its own as a professional medical care provider that is strongly rooted to ethics and carries a clear focus : To improve the health and lifestyle of the community that it operates in. Since inception, the Group has successfully set up over 30 specialities including Cardiology, CT Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ortho Oncology, Paediatric and Neonatal Care, General Medicine and General Surgery, Urology and Nephrology, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, and many more high-end specialties. Hi-end and full-spectrum infrastructure is an integral part of the Omni experience, featuring fully equipped Laboratory, Radiology suite with CT Scan, Computerized Radiography, Cardiac Catheterization Lab and fully equipped Operation Theatres with operating microscopes and C-arm Radiology. There are well equipped Interventional Gastroenterology and Pulmonology theatres as well, along with full-feature dialysis units. 

The organization has also deployed a full-feature, mature set of ICT tools and solutions comprising industry standard Hospital Information System, Lab Information Systems, Radiology Information Systems, PACS, ICU Central Monitoring Systems, Tele ICU, Management Information System, paperless patient feedback system and Op to IPGP - with the goal of elevating hospital patient tracking systems.

Omni Hospitals is one of the first movers in healthcare industry to deploy a ‘Net Promoter Score’ based paperless patient feedback system in India, which possess a wealth of actionable information helping them to achieve greater levels of patient satisfaction.
