Enterprise healthcare start-up ekincare has raised $15Mn in a Series B Funding Round led by HealthQuad and Sabre Partners. Existing investors like VentureEast, Eight Roads Ventures, Siana Capital and Endiya Partners were also present. The funding will enhance the scope and experience of benefits on the platform while helping fuel growth to the next level.
ekincare provides full-stack, customizable, and enterprise-ready health solutions for better employee wellness. On the ekincare platform, corporate employees can flexibly choose benefits basis their specific health needs through an easy-to-use digital interface.
The broad goal of the Founders of ekincare is to make accessing quality healthcare affordable and convenient. The company today has over 400+ corporations offering services like telemedicine, diagnostics, pharmacy, mental health, and fitness while engaging users through gamified challenges and rewards for being “health aware”.
The corporate health and wellness market in India is pegged at $7 Bn and is slated to grow at 20% CAGR. ekincare aims to add order and structure to the fragmented healthcare ecosystem by optimizing the various parts of healthcare under a single, dynamic roof. ‘Big Tech’ like AI (artificial intelligence), deep analytics, and patented technologies allow the company to decode behavioural data and deliver an acutely personalized experience, which translates into greater adoption, higher employee engagement, and better health outcomes.
