22 - Dec - 2022: AHPI (Association of Healthcare Providers India) Gujarat Chapter has initiated a chain of Health Talk Series in order to create an awareness and provide a platform to the healthcare professionals of all categories to come forward and highlight their roles and also share their best practices in healthcare.
The first of its kind health talk series was organized on 17th December 2022 at KD Hospitals, Ahmedabad. The chapter organized two very unique panel discussions that have never been discussed on open platforms.
The first panel was about “Cyber Terrorism in Healthcare” which is currently the most important and vulnerable agenda in the country. The panelists were highly eminent personalities of healthcare as well as government officials from cyber forensics division including Dr Digvijaysigh Rathore – Associate Dean School of Cyber Security and Digital Forensics at (NFSU) GoI. He was a part of the AIMS, New Delhi cyber security investigation team. Other eminent panelists were IT heads of Apollo Hospitals, Mr Saneesh M. V. and GCS Medical College & Hospital Mr Vishwas Karulkar and Chief Information Security Officer at Cygnet Infotech, Mr Anuj Teli. The panel was moderated by Meeta Patel, Director, Medigence Solutions Pvt Ltd.
The second panel was about “Role of Nursing in Business of Healthcare” which discussed about how the hospital nurses can play a pivotal role in efficiently managing the business aspects of healthcare organizations. The eminent panel comprised of Ms. Sharmishtha Nayi, AGM Nursing – KD Hospitals, Ms Tejal Padhiyara, Head of Nursing services at GCS Medical College and Hospital, Mr Manjunathan Chandran, Head Operations, Apollo Hospitals, Saiyed Muntazir Nurse Educator - Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Dr. Ravindra H. N Principal - Parul institute of nursing, Parul Univetsity. The panel was moderated by Neha Lal, Sr General Manager - OPs & HR , GCS Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre & NABH Assessor.
